We take recruitment very seriously and have a rigorous multi-step process before a candidate is even accepted into our training academy:
- Resume Screening – We review work history for stability, continuous employment, and organizational experience.
- Initial Interview – Candidates are assessed for English fluency, attitude, teamwork, and client-service mindset.
- AI Screening – Applicants are tested for conversational English, grammar, and writing skills using advanced AI tools.

Only after passing all of these steps are candidates admitted to our academy. From there, they must complete intensive training and certification before being placed with a law firm.

That said, if your firm has a clear business case for 24/7 coverage, we can recruit and train staff to meet that need. We’ll also help you analyze your call patterns to determine if round-the-clock intake is truly beneficial for your practice.What if we don’t need staff right now but may in the future?
