Shawanda Yeldell Lewis is the Training Director for Rob Levine Law, where she leads the strategy, design, and evolution of training and leadership development across the organization. With over 15+ years of experience in learning and development, she brings a strong foundation in adult learning theory, emotional intelligence, executive maturity, and performance-based leadership.

Shawanda is responsible for building and scaling training programs that develop confident leaders, strengthen teams, and drive measurable growth. From new leader onboarding to quarterly leadership development initiatives, she ensures that every learning experience is intentional, engaging, and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

She oversees the development of all learning initiatives across divisions and provides high-level oversight of all LMS design and instructional development. Shawanda ensures that content created is engaging, aligned to business priorities, and built for real-world application. Her focus is on creating scalable training frameworks that elevate performance and support long-term success.

She is passionate about creating structure where there is inconsistency, clarity where there is confusion, and growth where there is opportunity. Through thoughtful content development, trainer mentorship, KPI tracking, and technology alignment, Shawanda ensures that training is not just delivered, but retained, reinforced, and truly impactful.
