Gustavo Rodriguez is a driven finance leader with over 30 years of experience, combining technical and analytical expertise in the management, accounting and treasury areas. He dedicates himself to his work passionately, applying a high level of attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility to all his duties. Gustavo personally oversees all Top-Notch South America operations and most of the treasury transactions from all the Levine companies based in Puerto Rico. Gustavo has a BBA degree from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, with an Accounting major (cum laude). He acquired years of strong accounting and finance experience as Controller and Treasury Manager in the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, and as Finance Director of the Office of Management and Budget in Puerto Rico. He has also developed a unique set of professional skills as a Spanish and English certificated translator. Also, Gustavo acquired valuable experience in the insurance industry, before starting with the Levine enterprises. When not at work, Gustavo finds relaxation enjoying the company of his cats, going to the beach, gaming, and traveling abroad.
