Nidaya Edwards brings a decade of personal injury case management experience to the Training Academy. Her career includes guiding clients from initial intake through medical coordination, demand preparation, settlement, and litigation. She has worked on MVA, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Product Liability, and Dog Bite cases. Her background also includes experience in insurance defense and mass torts, which gives her one of the broadest skill sets in the academy. Her extensive knowledge now strengthens the development of new case managers and paralegals. Nidaya is passionate about professional growth and sets high standards for personal injury case management. Her goal centers on empowering trainees with the skills, clarity, and confidence required to succeed and deliver exceptional client service.
