Liz is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience, renowned for her people-oriented approach and leadership in HR. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy but discovered her true passion when she joined Transformco in 2009, transitioning into the Human Resources department. Over the years, Liz has advanced from HR Coordinator to HR Director, overseeing a team of more than 800 employees across multiple locations.
Her expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, including payroll management, onboarding, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance. Liz is known for her ability to standardize HR processes and ensure smooth, efficient operations, with meticulous attention to detail. She has built a strong reputation for driving organizational change, improving HR efficiencies, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Liz places a strong emphasis on family, and in her free time, she enjoys long conversations with relatives, cooking, and spending quality time with her 4-year-old daughter.
