LeeAnn is the COO of the Record Retrieval Divisions at Records on Time. A results-oriented and strategic leader, she brings an impressive track record in learning and development, as well as extensive operations experience. Before joining Records on Time, she spent 14 years at T-Mobile, overseeing the training and development needs of 14,000 call center agents and 4,000 leaders worldwide. Her work spanned onboarding, continuing education, and leadership development. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, LeeAnn steadily progressed through various roles, including within Learning and Development, advancing from Training Assistant to Director. Her diverse background enables her to deliver exceptional leadership experiences and optimize performance, productivity, and work quality. With expertise in designing robust learning strategies, LeeAnn launched over 150 programs across multiple lines of business, including the Global Care division. In her current role, LeeAnn has driven significant operational improvements by reducing record turnaround times, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity. She has strengthened leadership within her division and is dedicated to fostering a performance-driven culture.
